AFME's High Yield and Private Debt Forum Thumbnail Image

About the event

This year, AFME is launching its first London High Yield and Private Debt Forum. The forum will bring together the leading names in the High Yield, Leveraged Loan and Private Debt / Direct Lending markets, providing topical and invaluable discussions, and an opportunity to network.

To build on AFME’s successes with its previous Annual European Leveraged Finance Conference series, AFME is recalibrating its new flagship event with a focus not only on HY bonds and leveraged loans, but also a greater focus on and coverage of the sizable European Private Debt / Direct Lending market. This is in recognition of the importance of all three markets to UK and EU mid-sized corporates, recent rapid growth and increased regulatory attention on this market.

The half-day forum content will comprehensively cover key areas of interest including:
• High Yield bonds and leveraged loans – current landscape
• Overview of Private Debt / Direct lending growth – motivations, participants, economics
• Private debt/direct lending emerging regulatory risk considerations, including NBFI regulatory focus
• Designing the right structures for High Yield, CLO/ LL & PC/DL
