This International Women’s Day the theme is #EmbraceEquity, with all of us being encouraged to consider how to work towards true inclusion. It is a good time to think about the considerable difference between equality and equity, and what we can do create a fairer environment that takes into account the diverse lived experiences of others.
At AFME we wanted to take this chance to sit down with some of our colleagues to discuss their views on equity, allyship, the evolution of the financial services industry, accountability and how women can support each other.
