The event will cover the transformation of the FX market and highlight the mid-to long-term industry trends and how they are driving new opportunities for FX careers in areas such as sales, trading, operations, analytics, technology, and digital currencies.

The main aim of the event is to:
- Promote the FX market as a preferred place to work and attract talent from diverse backgrounds to help develop the FX workforce of the future
- Showcase the FX market, with a focus on current and future FX market developments
- Provide a mix of informative panel sessions and structured networking opportunities

The event will feature a keynote address from Michelle Neal, Head of the Markets Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, followed by two panel discussions with leading industry speakers. At the conclusion of the panels, there will be a networking reception, which will offer multiple opportunities for attendees to network with FX leaders from the world’s leading FX banks.
