In light of recent events in Ukraine, the Association for Financial Markets in Europe and Clifford Chance will host a webinar on Tuesday 8 March at 10.30am GMT to discuss EU and UK sanctions and their impact for European capital markets. New sanctions are complex, multilateral and continue to be incrementally changing in real time in response to the developments on the ground in Ukraine.

Michael Lyons, Partner at Clifford Chance, will give an overview of these sanctions and export controls imposed by the EU and UK in response to the ongoing crisis.

AFME experts will then give an overview of the impact of these sanctions on different areas of capital markets, including:
