This Q&A Roundtable, hosted by AFME, will present expert views from participants in the EIB's Digital Bond issuances and where they are placed in the broader digital assets landscape.

The EIB, legal experts and industry participants will discuss the key details of the DLT transactions in EUR and GBP and how the issuances fit in to the broader digital assets landscape, and how they are driving innovation with new technologies in capital markets.

Themes that will be explored during the roundtable include:

• Details of the three DLT transactions in EUR and GBP and the merits of the different characteristics;


• Perspectives from selected lead managers, the issuer and banks’ legal advisor firm;


• Relation to broader legal and regulatory developments for digital assets and tokenised products.
