Apply for one of our roles and your CV will be reviewed. Our Talent Partner will reach out to arrange a telephone screening call. A 2-3 stage interview process will then follow with a mixture of virtual and in person discussions.

AFME's Personal Pension scheme complies with auto-enrolment requirements and is a defined contribution plan. Upon joining the company, new colleagues will be automatically enrolled in the scheme. AFME provides a substantial employer pension contribution of 10% of basic salary.

Hybrid & Work from Anywhere
AFME operates as a hybrid organisation, combining remote and in-office work. All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week. Additionally, on Fridays, we have an early finish of 4pm, giving employees and early start to the weekend!
Given our diverse, multinational organisation, and with offices across Europe, AFME employees are eligible to work from anywhere in the world for up to two weeks each year after completing two years of service.

Long Service Awards
AFME choose to reward long service to thank employees for their loyalty, commitment, hard work, and efforts.
Awards are made at 3-, 5-, 10-, 15- and 20-year work anniversaries.

We make every effort to reply to each candidate as soon as possible, however, the timeframe may vary depending on when you applied, which position you applied for and how many applications we have received.
Where are your roles based?
We have offices in London, Brussels and Frankfurt. Each job description will say where the role will be based.

Do you have a Graduate Placement Programme?
Yes! We introduced our Graduate Placement Programme in 2022 and welcome a new cohort of Graduates each September. Our Graduate Placement Programme is for 12 months and provides candidates with dedicated experience in their chosen division.
