The AFME DDQ Document is used widely across Europe as well as in Americas and Asia to harmonise and simplify the process of completing questionnaires for global custodians, sub custodians and banks that hold client money. This is the seventh iteration of the AFME Due Diligence Questionnaire. This DDQ is inclusive of a Word template and an industry-approved Excel template. AFME encourages the widest usage of this questionnaire, and it is available for all to download.
