AFME's Roundtable with the PRA: Competitiveness, Growth and the Future of UK Securitisation
Overview
Following the publication of CP2/26 - Reforms to Securitisation Requirements, AFME is convening an off=the-record roundtable with Phil Evans, Director of Prudential Policy at the PRA.
Phil will open the session with remarks on how the PRA’s Secondary Competitiveness and Growth Objective is shaping its policy approach, including recent prudential and proposed conduct reforms for securitisation.
The discussion will provide a valuable opportunity for UK securitisation issuers and investors to engage directly with the PRA during the live consultation period (closing 18 May 2026), share perspectives, and contribute to the evolving regulatory framework.
Complimentary spaces are limited and strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
