Tim is the Political Editor of The Sunday Times. In over 15 years of journalism he has reported on some of the biggest events in British, American and international politics. Joe is a Managing Director and the Head of the European Leveraged Finance Capital Markets Team (High Yield and Leveraged Loans) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, based in London. He joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London in 2006, and since held a number of different roles across both the Leveraged Finance Origination and Capital Markets Teams focusing on corporate and financial sponsor clients in the UK and Europe.

Jonathan is a Managing Director and the Head of the European Leveraged Finance Team (High Yield and Bank Loans) at PGIM Fixed Income, based in London. He is also a member of the board of directors of PGIM Limited, PGIM's UK-regulated business, and assists with developing and implementing the Firm's business strategy in the UK.
Earlier, he was responsible for establishing and managing NIBC’s third-party CLO asset management franchise. Mathew is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the EMEA Investment Banking and Capital Markets division. Michael has extensive experience advising private equity sponsors, issuers and underwriters on high yield debt and leveraged finance transactions in Europe, the United States and Asia. Tanneguy was promoted to Global Head of High Yield Capital Markets at Société Générale in September 2010 - a newly created origination and execution group for all debt products for non-investment grade borrowers and issuers. Additionally, up until August 2011, Tanneguy was also Co-Head of European Loan Syndicate - this was a position he has held since September 2008.
After joining Société Générale in July 2005, to spearhead the development of a European high yield business, he extended his responsibilities in January 2007 to the leveraged loan syndicate activities. This was to provide integrated financing solutions to non-investment grade corporates and to private equity sponsors.
Prior to his appointment, Tanneguy spent 17 years at BNP Paribas in various positions in Canada, US and the UK. Prior to S&P Global Ratings he spent over 20 years in the syndicated loan market, working across many of its’ different asset classes. His career started in NatWest on the project group that subsequently transformed into Europe’s first dedicated secondary loan sales team. After primary sales, Chris was posted to Hong Kong, where he was responsible for the pricing, structuring and origination of syndicated debt in South and South East Asia.
On his return to Europe he became the Head of European Loan Trading for NatWest, taking the team through the integration with The Royal Bank of Scotland, transforming the desk from a back-to-back operation into a full trading book, working mainly in the leverage and corporate markets. At the same time he joined the Board of the LMA, where he co-chaired the Valuation & Trading Practices Committee and chaired a number of working parties. Eden has spent over 30 years in the banking industry specialising in the origination, syndication and distribution of fixed income securities. He started his career in Capital Markets at Salomon Brothers as part of the London Syndicate desk. He then moved to Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers where he headed the European Syndicate businesses in both firms.

Gary is the Managing Director of the AFME High Yield division, for which he leads AFME’s efforts to lower costs and increase efficiency in the execution of high-yield transactions, and lobbies for the reform of corporate insolvency laws. He also heads the AFME Prime Services division, which monitors business, legal and regulatory issues affecting the prime brokerage industry, and provides advocacy for member positions.
He is a New York-qualified lawyer and was previously a senior associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. After an initial period in New York, Gary spent several years in London, gaining extensive experience in cross border and emerging markets debt transactions, particularly high-yield bond issuances and leveraged loans.
Gary has a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law (with honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (with highest honours) from Rutgers University. Following law school, he was a law clerk to the Honourable William H. Walls of the United States Federal District Court, District of New Jersey.
Natalia is a U.S. counsel in Ashurst's high yield practice in London. She focuses on high yield and acquisition finance, representing the underwriters as well as the corporate issuers and financial sponsors.
Natalia joined Ashurst from Linklaters in London. Previously, she was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago. She is a qualified New York and Illinois attorney.

Ben joined J.P. Morgan’s London-based High Yield and Leveraged Loan Capital Markets team in 2011 as a Managing Director. He was a member of J.P. Morgan’s New York-based Syndicated & Leveraged Finance (SLF) team for the previous 16 years, serving most recently as a Managing Director and member of the firm’s Primary Loan Sales Desk and SLF Capital Markets team. He has been with the firm for over twenty-six years.

Managing Director, Head of Corporate Leveraged Capital Markets, BNP Paribas
Arnaud is Head of Corporate Leveraged Capital Markets at BNP Paribas. In his role, he oversees the origination and execution of leveraged financing transactions across the loan and bond capital markets, including event driven and refinancing transactions, for BNP Paribas corporate clients in EMEA.
Arnaud joined BNP Paribas in 1996 in the Leveraged Finance Group in New York. After five years originating and executing middle market LBOs across the U.S., he transferred to London in July 2001 to contribute to the setup of the European High Yield Capital Markets desk and became head of the team in January 2009. In 2015, as BNP Paribas reorganised its leveraged finance operations to combine loans and bonds, Arnaud became the head of Corporate Leveraged Capital Markets.
Arnaud received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers in Paris, France, and a M.S. in Finance from the École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales.
Mikkel is responsible for the day to day management of YouLend. Previously he was a high yield portfolio manager and partner at Rogge Global Partners and Allianz Global Investors.
YouLend is a FinTech platform founded in late 2015 that enables SMEs in UK/IRE/DK to obtain flexible working capital loans and allows institutional money to invest into this asset class.

James is a Partner at EQT Partners, based in London. He joined EQT Partners in April 2013 and is responsible for managing the financing activities within the EQT Partners Equity and Mid Market teams.
Prior to joining EQT Partners, James was a Managing Director in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance team at Morgan Stanley in London. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at JP Morgan.
He has 20 years of investment banking experience in London and New York and has worked on a variety of financing and advisory transactions.

Reza is a Managing Director of European Leveraged Finance at Barclays. Based in London, Reza is responsible for leading Barclays’ sub-investment grade financing business in the Industrials, and Power, Utilities and Infrastructure sectors across the EME region.
Since arriving to the European market in 2006, Reza has helped lead nearly $100bn in high yield transactions across leveraged buyout and corporate financings. He has led landmark transactions for Swissport, Drax, Heathrow Airport, Azelis, Kaufman & Broad, Ontex, Interxion, NXP, and has financed LBO’s for Apax, Apollo, Blackstone, Bridgepoint, CVC, KKR, Lone Star, Macquarie, PAI, and TPG amongst others.
Prior to joining Barclays in 2014, Reza spent a number of years at Merrill Lynch/BAML in London in Leveraged Finance, High Yield Syndicate and High Yield Sales positions. Reza holds a bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Canada, where he graduated with Joint Honours in Economics and Finance, and he received an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD in France.
