Nicky is the chair of the House of Commons Treasury Committee. She has been the Member of Parliament for Loughborough since 2010.
In Government she served as Secretary of State for Education, Minister for Women & Equalities, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, Economic Secretary to the Treasury and as a Government Whip.
She is a former Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer and has worked in three major City of London firms.

Dominic is co-head of EMEA Leveraged Capital Markets, which covers the sub-investment grade loan and bond products. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2002 as an analyst in the UK Advisory team. In 2003,
Dominic moved to the High Yield Capital Markets desk, where he subsequently assumed additional responsibilities for loan and mezzanine products. He became vice president in 2008 and was named managing director in 2011.
In 2013, Dominic was named 'Most Impressive High Yield Syndicate Banker' in the annual EuroWeek Bond Awards.Dominic earned a double first in Economics from Cambridge University in 2002.

Tamer is a finance partner at Ashurst LLP in London and is driving the development of the European high yield practice for the firm. Jonathan is a Managing Director and the Head of the European Leveraged Finance Team (High Yield and Bank Loans) at PGIM Fixed Income, based in London.
Jonathan is also the co-Head of the Global High Yield Strategy. He is a member of the board of directors of PGIM Limited, PGIM's UK-regulated business, and assists with developing and implementing the Firm's business strategy in the UK.
Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Jonathan was responsible for establishing and managing NIBC’s third-party CLO asset management franchise. At NIBC, he invested in senior and mezzanine loans for financial sponsor transactions (leveraged buyouts). Previously, Jonathan held investment positions with Chemical Bank (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.), where he originally received his credit training, and Industrial Bank of Japan (now Mizuho).

Co-Head of Investment Banking & Capital Markets EMEA, Credit Suisse
Mathew is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse and Co-Head of the EMEA Investment Banking and Capital Markets division, based in London. He has responsibility for Mergers & Acquisitions and the Debt, Equity Capital Markets Solutions Groups and the EMEA sector and country coverage teams. Mathew chairs the Global Credit Products Capital Commitment Committee in London and coordinates the bank's underwriting activities in Global Markets.
Before assuming his current role, Mathew was Co-Head of Global Leveraged Finance Capital Markets as well as being Co-Head of Global Credit Products in EMEA, which involved leading the Leveraged Finance and Investment Grade Capital Markets in EMEA. Prior to this, he was Co-Head of the Leveraged Finance and Sponsors Group within the Investment Banking Department. In 2008, Mathew was appointed Head of Leveraged Finance Capital Markets in EMEA, having previously taken on the role of Head of High Yield Capital Markets in the region in 2004.
Mathew received his B.A. in Philosophy from Columbia University with Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude Honours.

He joined Crédit Agricole CIB in August 2009 from BNP Paribas where he was Co-Head of European High Yield Capital Markets and Deputy Head of European Leveraged Finance.
Prior to BNPP, he worked at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust. He brings with him over 25 years of Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance and Debt Capital Markets experience

Christian is Head of Leveraged Finance and High Yield Syndicate EMEA at BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking. He joined BBVA in 2014 as a Managing Director of the London syndicate, with primary responsibility for European high yield new issue markets.
His career of over 20 years in banking spans roles at BBVA, RBS, HSBC and HVB for teams in London, Munich, New York and Frankfurt, focusing on origination and syndication of high yield bonds, leveraged loans, private placements and corporate loans for international corporates.
Christian graduated from the Business School of Finance and Management (HfB) in Frankfurt, Germany, and attended the School of Management and the School of Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago.

Simon was appointed Chief Executive of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) in October 2010. AFME is the trade body which represents the pan-European capital markets industry. Previously Simon was Director of Communications and the Prime Minister’s Official Spokesman at 10 Downing Street. He has held a number of senior corporate roles including Director of Corporate Affairs at Vodafone, Centrica and NatWest. Simon was appointed as the first Communications Secretary to The Queen in 1998.
Simon has a degree from Oxford University in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. He also holds an M.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley as a Fulbright scholar. He is a Visiting Professor at the Cardiff School of Journalism. Simon is a board member of TheCityUK and a member of the Chatham House North American Advisory Council, as well as a member of the Academy’s Advisory Board. He is Chairman of the Governing Council of University College School (UCS) in Hampstead, North London. Simon is a Patron and former Chairman of the Fulbright Commission.
Simon was appointed an OBE in the 2014 New Year Honours List for public service and services to international education through the Fulbright Commission. He was made an Honorary Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) in 2016.

Fiona is Chief Executive Officer and a Director of The International Stock Exchange Group Limited, positions which she has held since January 2015. Ben joined J.P. Morgan’s London-based High Yield & Leveraged Loan Capital Markets team in 2011 as a Managing Director.
He was a member of J.P. Morgan’s New York-based Syndicated & Leveraged Finance (SLF) team for the previous 16 years, serving most recently as a Managing Director and member of the firm’s Primary Loan Sales Desk and SLF Capital Markets team.
Ben started his career in J.P. Morgan’s Telecom Media and Technology Investment Banking Coverage group. He has been with the firm for over twenty-seven years and Ben holds a B.A. from Williams College.
