About the Prime Services Division
The Prime Services Division develops relationships with policymakers and regulators; enhances understanding of the prime services business; and engages constructively in shaping the policy environment. The work of the Prime Services Division is conducted through the Prime Brokerage Committee, which comprises senior business people and in-house counsel from member firms.
Key Issues and Initiatives
- EU's proposal for an Alternative Investment Fund Managers' Directive; and
- UK authorities' work on developing a resolution regime for investment banks.
