About the Credit Division

The Credit Division monitors developments in policy and market structure that adversely affect the corporate bond and loan markets. It seeks to develop market policy or best practice on issues related to corporate bond price transparency, and valuation and OTC derivatives in cooperation with ISDA.

Key Issues and Initiatives

  • Coordinate pre- and post-trade price transparency initiative;
  • Improve valuation services;
  • Monitor regulatory developments impacting choice of execution platforms; and
  • OTC Regulation - Coordination on issues affecting specific products - Corporate Bonds, CDS, Securitisation.
